President Gary Keith called
the regular membership of the Idaho Bass Federation to order at
TREASURE REPORT: Karen read treasure report and it was passed.
YOUTH REPORT: Scyler:
The CAST will be this weekend at
Mike and Anthony had a great time at the FLW/TBF
Nationals they fished well and enjoyed the
Scales
of Justice is expected to have a turn out of 35-40 kids.
Release
boat is running well up and ready for the various tournaments.
CONSERVATION: Cliff:
Castleford Days went well the first day was slow but
the 2nd was great.
The fishing clubs in the east area are discussing the
items that they can do at the Riverside Dock for conservation. The owner said that it would be fine to do
things that would help his support is there.

TOURNAMENT
REPORT: Bruce: Scales of Justice plans are going well with
entries out in the mail and on the internet.
Please make plans to attend this will be on the 10th of
September at C. J. Strike.
The forth and final qualifier will be on the 9th
of September at C.J this will be the east and the south.
A
suggestion to have the year end banquet alternate from
Turkey
Bowel and the Snow Bowl are coming up.
COMMUNICATION
REPORT: Steve & Gary: Discussion
regarding the newsletter Steve needs all information no later than the middle
of October so he can get the layout again the advertisements cost as follows:
$20, $40, $75 and $150. Please send
information from the clubs.

of funds for the IBFN and TIBF.
Strategic plan for the state and the path forward.
