IDAHO BASS FEDERATION

MEETING

November 17, 2005

 

President Gary Keith called the regular membership of the Idaho State BASS Federation to order at 7:45 at Tri State Marine.  The minutes from the October meeting was read and approved.

 

TREASURE REPORT:  Karen read treasure report and it was passed.

 

YOUTH REPORT:  Scyler reported happy with banquet Jr. BASSMASTERS were happy to be part of the state awards and a big part of the evening. 

 

CONSERVATION REPORT:  The parts are in and ready to be installed on the release boat.  This project will be a winter project in Jerome.  Scyler has been busy taking inventory of items that need to be fixed.  This needs to be completed and in the waters in early April to make sure that the boat will be ready and going for the divisional at Lowell.

 

TOURNAMENT REPORT:  Bruce has made the entry forms for the south qualifiers for 2006 and stated that they will be on the web page.  Bruce thought the planning meeting went very well.  He suggested the various items that need to be addressed for the up coming divisional in May of 2006.

 

COMMUNICATION REPORT: Gary stated that now that team is official and banquet is over that the newsletter should start to get set up submitting various items to the person that will make the year end newsletter. 

 

Old Business:

Elections will be on the for President, V. President, and Sec/tres

Officers will be Gary Keith President, Bruce Flesher vice Pres. and Karen Keith sec/tres.

Planning meeting went very well the dates will be confirmed and placed on Web page by Nov. 18^th.

Banquet went well turn out people had a fun evening and the award portion went very well.
